U.S. Government officials use covert targeting by the use of lies to motivate networked groups of citizens to destroy the lives of innocent victims. They use a wide mix of gang stalkers so you cannot pin point where the harassment is coming from. Police sirens at a particular time are a constant pattern when attending to farm duties. This is to create nervousness so that their victim can experience physical injuries.

Technological harassment can be used to force the victim to move from place to place and to uproot families. Neighbors are enlisted to watch their victims like a hawk: when they come and go. Yelling by male subjects and the use of intimation around the victims home to deliberately create fear. The harassment continues at employment and other business opportunities including the sabotage of self-employment.

The countless patterns of substantiated evidence have been lodged in California and Oregon Federal courts but dismissed by Federal judges to allow the participation of violence against my physical, emotional, and financial well-being. As years and years of abuse and traumatization continue, you lose your ability to even speak. This is used to create language barriers to institutionalize their victims by turning the situation around to maliciously prosecute their victims for stalking. (It is also a form of entrapment). U.S. officials start to overwhelm their victims with so much legalities, the right to an attorney is compromised and the attorney can not possibly represent the victims adequately or competently.

Over 15+ years of cases are supposedly pending at a last resort court: the Inter-American Commission since 2009. However, I believe they have now been enlisted in this horrific criminal activity by the U.S. Government.  U.S. officials can use this pattern of atrocities to create and manufacture stalking law violations to prosecute their targeted victim continually by wiping out the victims families and placing them in vulnerable situations.

Nothing is worse than police and their gang stalking minions who participate in the emotional violence toward their victims. These techniques make their victim cry out in hysteria as they are tortured. The U.S. government has ruined my life by wasting years and years of my life.  G-d promised that vengeance is His and I have watched His vengeance take place on America since my illegal conviction of 1995.

A 23-year-old man has been tortured to death in Russia in an apparent homophobic attack, investigators said Sunday, amid growing fears by rights groups that anti-gay sentiments are on the rise in the country.

The victim's battered and naked body was found in the courtyard of an apartment building in the southern city of Volgograd on Friday morning, said a spokeswoman for regional investigators.

The young man had suffered numerous injuries, including to the genitalia, and had been sodomised with several beer bottles.

"He was raped with beer bottles and had his skull smashed with a stone," Natalia Kunitskaya, a spokeswoman for the Volgograd region branch of the Investigative Committee, told AFP.

She confirmed the attack was believed to have been a hate crime, in a rare admission from Russian law enforcement agencies on the sensitive issue of homophobia in the country.

Two men aged 22 and 27 have been detained in connection with the attack, the Moscow-based Investigative Committee said in a statement on Saturday. One of the suspects has a criminal history, investigators said.
The victim was drinking with the two men, apparently while celebrating Victory Day which Russia marks on May 9, they said.

Regional investigator Andrei Gapchenko told Echo of Moscow radio on Saturday that two men started beating the victim after he told them he was gay.

The Investigative Committee's tersely-worded statement said investigators had opened a murder probe, without commenting on possible motives for the killing.

The attack comes at a time when rights groups are already worried about growing discrimination against homosexuals as President Vladimir Putin seeks to play up traditional values in a bid to rally support during his third term in office.

Putin, who prides himself on his macho image, has repeatedly denied that Russia was violating gay rights. But homophobia remains widespread and socially acceptable, and almost no public figures have come out as gay.

Russian parliament is considering passing a controversial national law banning "homosexual propaganda" among minors. Critics say the bill's wording is so vague that it could be used to justify any kind of repression against gays.

The law is already in place in several regions including Saint Petersburg. Putin also recently warned that Russia could change adoption agreements with Western countries that are legalising gay marriage, such as France.

Russia decriminalised homosexuality in 1993 and officially removed it from the list of psychiatric disorders in 1999.

Many ordinary Russians expressed horror at the Volgograd murder.
 
"I am wondering whether those State Duma deputies who... are now adopting a law against homosexual propaganda realise that these beer bottles have essentially been planted by them?" film critic Alexander Timofeevsky said on Facebook.

Nikolai Alexeyev, head of Gay Russia, a group advocating for gay rights, expressed concern that the recent legislative initiatives could be fuelling intolerance.

"Homophobic hysteria is being increasingly promoted in Russia," he told AFP.  He said attacks against homosexuals are widespread in the country but are almost never investigated as hate crimes.

"Slapping a taboo on many aspects of human sexuality is a great way to build a dysfunctional society impregnated with hatred and is used both by Putin and Muslim extremists," outspoken anti-Kremlin observer Yulia Latynina wrote in opposition newspaper Novaya Gazeta.

The Use of Intimidation To Keep Her Isolated in Klamath Falls, Oregon

When the U.S. Government forces you into exile and isolation, you have a lot of horrid memories to recall about the discriminatory practices and hatred policies law enforcement exposes you to.  

For instance, today an image came to mind when I was forced to leave my isolated shelter to feed horses I do not get to enjoy because of the intimidation of hooligans living in Klamath Falls, Oregon. (By the way, someone let Cinnamon out when she is ill and suppose to be on a diet)

Egyptian Hebrew overseer, Randy Bowman, the Bolshevik Nazi Kapo Zionist Jew who was and is a vulture to his own people and who has made Cosma survive under the Nuremberg Laws, was investigating Cosma for extraordinarily and severe trumped up charges. 

Why would he ask me what kinds of recreational activities did I like?   

During the time I was involved with my professional business and college while pregnant with two boys, police corruption was running rampant.  I heard from an employer that a City of Napa cop had raped a woman collecting $1m and then both of them  running off together.

Then, it was, City of Napa gestapo Debbie Peecook who ran around with her police baton using it as a device of intimidation.  Which today makes me recall the memory (kept isolated makes you recall horrid memories, a tactic of torture): this lady traveling down the same route in a truck who then stuck her arm out the window displaying a hot curling iron.  Gosh, she looked like one of those drug addicts. You know, the ones who look like drug addicts. They all have that look.
