During August 2013 I was ambushed by members of Living Faith Fellowship Church demanding that I remove my horses within 72 hours. Instead, of providing me with a reasonable amount of time (30 days) in June, this "Church" made this task cruel and unusual to make my anguish outraged resulting in physical injuries to my health. I located a parcel of property accidentally and by a whim. Otherwise, I would have lost my livestock I've owned for 12+ years.
On December 31, 2013 I was contacted by the owner of this piece of property where I board my horses and told that I need to immediately, on the hour, remove the T posts and single strand of electric wire or she would vandalize my property. This temporary simple fence is urgently required to prevent my horses from trampling on the lady's garbage which consists of nails and other hazardous debris that will injure my livestock.
My private property has been reduced to something the government uses to control, manipulate and harass me to suit its own purposes. In every state of these oppressions, I have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms. My repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury, now constituting "legal abuse syndrome" injuries for having to phone police who are unwilling to enforce state and federal laws.
This pattern of criminal activity used by the Klamath County Sheriff in Klamath Falls, Oregon is being orchestrated by the City of Napa in California. According to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, Case No. P-878-09, my case remains unsolved and pending "preliminary investigation". Therefore, this is a criminal offense involving interference, through words and/or actions, with the proper operations of a court or officers of the court.
The text of the statute "Obstruction of Justice" is relatively straight forward that under 18 U.S.C. § 1503, which provides that "whoever . . . . corruptly or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication, influences, obstructs, or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede, the due administration of justice, shall be (guilty of an offense)."
The persons involved in my case must be charged under this statute based on allegations that law enforcement of Napa, California and Klamath Falls, Oregon, intended to interfere with these official proceedings, that these forms of malicious mischief such as destroying evidence, interfering with the duties of court officers are being used to knowingly alter, destroy, mutilate, conceal, cover up, falsify, and make false entries on this plaintiff's record or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under Title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
Those who are impeding others who are trying to seek justice in a court (as by trying to influence or intimidate any witness) through perjuring lies, can be and must be held in contempt of court for SIMPLE Perjury in a Federal investigation or judicial proceeding carrying a fine and up to FIVE YEARS in prison under 18 U.S.C. 1621!!
AGAIN, the police are using community neighbors to threaten and create petty psychological abuse, extreme amounts of anguish and emotional abuse. This is considered tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant and I demand that the Klamath County Sheriff's Department be charged under 18 U.S. Code § 1512 for making a witness to my verbal agreement with said property owners concerning horse boarding throughout the winter unavailable, and for threatening vandalism to my livestock, and for forcing this plaintiff to physically suffer unimaginable pain and suffering now and for the last 15+ years.
