According to the Napa Valley Register report of March 11, 2013, Police: Road rage leads to fight, sends 3 to hospital. Your police arrested a hostile driver in connection with a fight that sent three people to area hospitals with major injuries.
Yet, a menacing punk who lives next door (where else do they live in this town but next to me) tried to assault me this morning March 14, 2013 with his vehicle as I pulled out of my driveway to run errands. AGAIN, the police in Klamath Falls were contacted to be informed of this situation. A lucky bystander who was not injured (this time) was crossing the road when this punk decided to tailgate me through the intersection. The officer said he would investigate the driver who I was told neither had a license, insurance, or a vehicle registered for the roads. The cops will be looking for a gray pickup truck with a blaring muffler and an animal that has dick and balls.
Contacted and warned by police, said assault vehicle has been parked until the shit disturbing twerp decides to harass me again. Even though he drives his gray truck with muffler blaring all night, it is legal "to inspire good works."
Incredible, the police will confiscate the vehicles of women and throw all her personal property all over the Fairgrounds without a blink of an eye when she needs a vehicle the most (in the winter). But this shit disturbing twerp who is above reproach will only be given warning after warning by police confirming his right to disobey the laws in the state of Oregon and get away with it.

Dear Jeld-Wen Foundation:
According to your mission statement, your employees are to live in a fashion that inspires good works and keeps a positive influence. Yet, it has been okay with your employee, Steve Jones, to use his slumlord authority to consistently focus on one tenant weakening her ability to survive independently by using a tenant menace. If your foundation insists on improving neighborhoods and building better communities, maybe you should rid the area of these meth addicts and allow people who deserve to live a better life live.
I have had enough experience to know that a simple letter, a phone call, or even a visit will not convince your employees to live by these so called "missions". I am also aware that just recently you were involved with a suit filed against you. Sadly, the kind of employees who should have their retirement tampered with are those who make us live in a hell of menacing punks.
Therefore, I find that a lawsuit without warning is the only possible solution to hold your employee accountable for your deceiving lies. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
