Insouciance-The Site That Stirs Shit Until A Verdict Has Been Rendered

Insouciance \in-SOO-see-uhns; Fr. an-soo-SYAHNS\ , noun: The quality of being insouciant; lack of care or concern; indifference.

A blog about bullies who use physical tactics like social alienation and humiliation. Looking different can provoke bullying and will typically trigger social isolation and weakness. Bullies almost always abuse power and use deliberate and depraved indifference. Some bullies go away, but others get angry and keep bullying until they get a reaction. That’s what they want. Some bullies have high self-esteem. They feel good about themselves. They feel better by picking on others. Most of the time, bullying isn’t about high or low self-esteem. It’s about having power.

Delusional People Who Perceive Harm From The Harmless

Stalking is one of the worst convictions anyone can be accused of.  Stalking was originally intended for people who make a “credible threat of death or great bodily injury” toward the victim, placing the victim in reasonable fear of the same.

The legislature may have compromised laws for other people who fell into a trap when Robert John Bardo murdered Rebecca Schaeffer and/or included the behavior of Richard Ramirez, the Night Stalker, and Mark Chapman.  The movie, Fatal Attraction, probably instigated a lot of wrongful convictions. Peeping toms or other insignificant behavior use to be misdemeanors. But, today, it could end up as a felony.

The common legal elements can be misconstrued to be ANY HARM at all. I've heard many depraved and indifferent persons laugh and bully people if someone is just looking at another person. I heard it in a trial once when a juror described her job as a grocery clerk stocker. The jokes are indescribably evil and should be considered bullying under bully laws because a person can be at the mercy of a corrupt court bent on completely destroying someone using depraved indifference.

A conviction as a stalker is heinous and can be worse than murder or rape or even someone who has been convicted as a sex offender. It is a form of torture and a psychological torment for someone who has been wrongfully convicted of such a crime.

Why Am I Writing This Essay?

People who are sanctioned for perjuring lies and depraved indifference should be writing these essays as a form of punishment. Seems to me, it use to be that way back in grammar school.

Human Trafficking Victims

Human Trafficking Victims
I was promised a job in the legal industry making substantial money, spent a lot of time in college. Then, corrupt lying police officers stigmatized me as a sex offender. State and federal judges targeted me and exploited my work for 15+ years while forcing me to conform to the ways of American men. This also is a form of human trafficking.
