Insouciance-The Site That Stirs Shit Until A Verdict Has Been Rendered

Insouciance \in-SOO-see-uhns; Fr. an-soo-SYAHNS\ , noun: The quality of being insouciant; lack of care or concern; indifference.

A blog about bullies who use physical tactics like social alienation and humiliation. Looking different can provoke bullying and will typically trigger social isolation and weakness. Bullies almost always abuse power and use deliberate and depraved indifference. Some bullies go away, but others get angry and keep bullying until they get a reaction. That’s what they want. Some bullies have high self-esteem. They feel good about themselves. They feel better by picking on others. Most of the time, bullying isn’t about high or low self-esteem. It’s about having power.

"[T]he LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation" (Exodus 17:16)

When the Nazi's invaded Europe it was not because the Jews killed Jesus. It was because the Jews did not obey G-d. G-d hated the Nephilim. He hated the Amorites, Rephaim, Emim, Enites, Rechabites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, Hittites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Jebusites, Horim, Zamzummim, Avim, Gilgamesh, Philistines, Ammonites. Some more than others. But G-d really hated the Anaks. He told the Jews to kill them but they felt sorry for them. Thus, G-d said in Numbers 33:55: "But if you fail to drive out the people who live in the land, those who remain will be like splinters in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will harass you in the land where you live."In Judges 2:3: G-d said, "Now therefore I tell you that I will not drive them out before you; they will be [thorns] in your sides and their gods will be a snare to you." (gods meaning greed) And, in Joshua 23:13 G-d said, "then you may be sure that the LORD your God will no longer drive out these nations before you. Instead, they will become snares and traps for you, whips on your backs and thorns in your eyes, until you perish from this good land, which the LORD your God has given you". Press Pause to Listen to MessageDedicated to those individuals, who, because of the selfish reasons of others who conspired for their false imprisonment resulting in malicious prosecution, judicial injustice and impropriety, prosecution for the sake of prosecution, lack of funds for legal aid to prove their innocence and/or other errors of one kind or another, have been wrongfully accused and wrongfully convicted of a crime which they did not commit and have been left to languish resulting in loss of liberty, civil rights, productive lifestyles, financial and personal ruin, mental anguish, social condemnation and personal and family embarrassment for the remainder of their lives.

When The Hatred Makes It Impossible To Live In Your Own Country

Dear Al-Qaeda: Dear China: How long? How long, until you attack this filthy, g-d damned country? Many of Germany's own citizens were captured and tortured in the years of 1939–1945. Surely, these disenfranchised German citizens prayed that another country would save them. Finally, two foreign countries; the USA and Russia saved them. DID YOUR BANK FORGET TO CREDIT YOUR PAYMENT THEREBY MAKING YOUR CREDIT GO BAD? Washington has discarded the Constitution and is indiscriminately capturing your internet searches, social media posts, text messages, emails, IP addresses, electronic banking information, and phone calls (content and meta data) without any evidence of wrongdoing. The data from whistleblowers essentially confirmed suspicions that the NSA, for years, has been collecting and archiving records of what every American reads, writes, hears, and says.

Legal Abuse Syndrome

Karin Huffer's groundbreaking book, Overcoming the Devastation of Legal Abuse Syndrome, provides the means for prevention of and recovery from the public health menace of Legal Abuse Syndrome (LAS).

Karin Huffer's book, in my opinion is a most-timely and worthy effort to explain the trauma and pain suffered by those who have been victimized by legal abuse. - Anthony G Souza, Esquire, former U.S. Trustee for Region 17 of the United States Bankruptcy Court, San Francisco, CA August 1995

Evidence is the "stuff" that
wins cases. Do you know how to find it? One way is with interrogatories.

Interrogatories are just written questions that must be answered under oath ... or someone goes to jail!

Learn from Jurisdictionary step-by-step. For example, one interrogatory I serve on my clients' opponents reads, "Identify all persons having first-hand knowledge of any material fact alleged in the pleadings of this case and, with regard to each such person, state what they know about each such fact and how they came to know it." The other side will have a fit!
You are entitled to find the evidence you need ... no matter who has it. No matter who is trying to hide it!
Rule 26(b) Federal Rules of Civil Procedure provides,"Parties may obtain discovery regarding any nonprivileged matter that is relevant to any party's claim or defense” including the existence, description, nature, custody, condition, and location of any documents or other tangible things and the identity and location of persons who know of any discoverable matter. For good cause, the court may order discovery of any matter relevant to the subject matter involved in the action." Don't be left holding an empty evidence bag!Learn how to use interrogatories and see the sample forms at How to Win in Court

A Request for Admissions find evidence.

A request for admissions is simply a list of facts you serve on your opponent that he is required to answer within a set amount of time or have those things treated as admitted!

Requests for Admissions are POWERFUL!

If you know how to use them tactically.

Requests for admissions are like leading questions! They can find evidence your opponent is trying to hide. They can turn your opponent inside-out!

Don't be hoodwinked by lack of legal knowledge. None of what you need to win is rocket science!

Don't let lawyers trick you!

You have a God-given right to find the evidence you need to win.

TRUE STORY. WHETHER YOU BELIEVE IT OR NOT

I was promised a job in the legal industry making substantial money, spent a lot of time in college. Then, corrupt lying police officers stigmatized me as a sex offender. State and federal judges targeted me and exploited my work for 15+ years while forcing me to conform to the ways of American men. This also is a definition of human trafficking.

When the U.S. Government forces you into exile and isolation, you have a lot of horrid memories to recall about the discriminatory practices and hatred policies law enforcement exposes you to.

Egyptian Hebrew overseer, Randy Bowman, the Bolshevik Nazi Kapo Zionist Jew who was and is a vulture to his own people was investigating Cosma for extraordinarily and severe trumped up charges. He has been instrumental in making Cosma survive under the Nuremberg Laws for over 20 years.

Nuremberg Laws One Female In America Is Forced To Live Under

They Have Robbed Me Of A Life Time Of Earning Potential

Imagine being arbitrarily arrested over 30 times by Napa Police Officer Debbie Peecook. Imagine being a mother having to flee from city to city with two minor children because Debbie Peecook and her hooligan Napa police from California and nationwide law enforcement have slandered and targeted you as a "dangerous" felon and sex offender to be used as a human battering instrument for their menacing punks.

Imagine using every last brain cell while being threatened with violence and assaulted in order to file complaints in State and Federal Courts.

Imagine U.S. officials awarding men millions of dollars for complaints similar to the ones you have filed with state and federal courts while you have worked your fingers to the bone never to be acknowledged, forced into isolation, discriminated against, and indoctrinated from every good thing you have ever known. Imagine having to live under Nuremberg Laws indefinitely.

Image U.S. officials targeting you with their sick psychopath games, game after game to brain wash you into becoming the monsters they are. Imagine the anxiety these monsters create by keeping you sick crippling your body with their toxic hostility.

FOR OVER 20 YEARS STATE AND FEDERAL JUDGES HAVE ROBBED ME OF A LIFETIME OF EARNING POTENTIAL. THEY HAVE PERMITTED SHIT DISTURBING TWERPS AND LEECHS TO ASSAULT ME WHILE FORCING ME TO LIVE IN VERMIN INFESTED GARBAGE DUMPS.

More than the triumph of evil is the silence of the bystander who propagates our horrors of today by ignoring and pretending not to know anything about the torture and abuses in this country.
