Judges' Hands Were Bond In Advance
Defendant accepted a plea with the Judge knowing that the scope of the punishment afforded under the plea was inadequate to meet the nature of the crime.
I was promised a job in the legal industry earning substantial wages. Instead, me and my two minor sons were trafficked. Illegally convicted as a sex offender, all of my hard dedicated work has been exploited.
I have been forced to live in abject poverty while the U.S. government has demanded that I experience community organized gang stalking. This is when the out stretched hand of power from state and federal judges and law enforcement in the States of California and Oregon use invidious discrimination, coercion, duress, undue influence.
Their community punks have been deputized to force me into fucking their American men. To permanently cripple me, this is the extent of the harassment I have had to experience as a result of battling civil and human right violations for 15+ years.
During this September 11, 2013 week, I was being employed to demolish buildings but was terminated unexpectedly when neighbors were allowed to intrude onto my property. As a result, I was unable to attend to my menial chores and had to build more security walls against trespassers allowed on my property. All of my earnings are being usurped because of unaffordable security measures needed to control U.S. hooligans.
